FBELE MOULD will build to cash individual standards. While still building all molds to SPI standards. Offering DME or Progressive Components with cores and cavities made from U.S., Canadian or specified steels. FBELE will certify to both steel origin and hardness. Hot runner molds can be offered with Husky, Moldmaster, Incoe, Kona or customer specified systems.
All molds will be tested and sampled before shipment. FBELE has experience on global/export molds and is familiar with the higher cooling and faster cycle requirements of these molds.

CAD department is the core of FBELE MOULD, Currently has 5 well-experienced design engineers working with state of the art CAD/CAM system.
In order to provide the highest efficiency to customers, CAD department of FBELE adopts 2-shift, 24 hours working time to host enough design engineer staffavailable. we can design according to customers idea, drafts, picture, cost requirement.etc. Our "design for manufacturing" expertise will save you time, materials and money as you moveyour product rapidly toward the marketplace.
